I'm Kendall Brunner, a Certified Bodywork Therapist, Witch, and Somatic Practitioner. And when I say it's really great to see you, I mean it. It's really great to see YOU. I want you to know that I have likely been where you are - feeling stuck, stagnant, anxious, disconnected, and disassociated. 

We so often try to TELL ourselves we're okay...we try to TALK our way to wellness but through my studies and my own healing story, I have learned that we must SHOW our nervous system we're safe.

The mind is imperative and (sometimes) helpful but to truly HEAL our trauma and rewire ourselves for resilience, we must lean into the deep wisdom of the body and learn how to speak its language(s). We must include ALL parts of Self.

I am here to provide a safe place for you to unwind old patterns, limiting beliefs, and restrictions and to come into a greater sense of embodiment and Self.

As a Certified Bodywork Therapist, Wellness Coach, and Somatic Practitioner — and a counselling student endlessly fascinated by the bridge between body and mind — I know the courage it takes to heal. Especially when your body is tired, your thoughts are loud, and your nervous system is doing everything it can just to keep you upright.
 

Many of us live in a quiet state of overwhelm — wired, anxious, exhausted, or disconnected — and assume it’s just how life is. But often, these are signs of a system stuck in survival mode, carrying stories the mind has forgotten but the body still holds.
 

My work is about listening to those stories — without forcing them to speak.

In our sessions, we don’t need to retell or relive trauma. We move gently, at your body’s pace, using hands-on bodywork, craniosacral therapy, breath, and somatic tools to support safety and regulation.
 

This is the science of co-regulation and vagus nerve tone, and the art of meeting yourself in the now — not in who you think you should be, but in what your body needs to be seen and held.
 

The result? A more grounded nervous system. More space between the trigger and the reaction. Less pain. A fuller breath. A quiet return to yourself.

There is nothing wrong with you. Nothing to fix. Just a call for presence.
